How it works

• 60 nights, starting the day your order is delivered.
• If it's not for you, email joel@tryhushwell.com within those 60 nights with your order number.
• We refund your whole order, including bottles you've opened, and the shipping you paid, to your original payment method.
• You don't need to send anything back.
• It covers every order, including subscription orders.

When you'll see the money

We process your refund within 2 business days of your email. Your bank or card issuer may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged or wrong, or doesn't arrive, email us with your order number and a photo if you have one. We'll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges. A subscription order that has already been charged is still covered by the 60-Night Money-Back Guarantee. See our Subscription terms.
