Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all US orders over $59.99. Orders under $59.99 ship at a flat rate calculated at checkout.

Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and fulfilled within 1–5 business days, then shipped via USPS. Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days in transit. Total delivery window: 3–9 business days from order date.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking confirmation email.

We ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. If you haven't received a tracking email within 6 business days of ordering, contact us at joel@tryhushwell.com.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once accepted into fulfillment, changes are not possible.

Delays

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier delays or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
