Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund — no return required. You keep the product.

To request a refund, email joel@tryhushwell.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at the same address.

Damages and issues

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before your next scheduled billing date via the link in your account or by emailing joel@tryhushwell.com. Cancellations received after a billing date has processed apply to the following cycle — no partial refunds on processed subscription orders.

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
