Subscription Terms
These terms apply to every Hushwell Subscribe & Save order. Subscribing is optional — every product on this site can be bought once, with no recurring charge, by choosing One-time purchase in the buy box.
What you are agreeing to
When you choose Subscribe & Save, you are authorising Hushwell to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis until you cancel. You will be charged the amount and on the schedule shown in the buy box and on your order confirmation, and again each cycle after that.
Prices and renewal schedule
Magnesium Glycinate:
- Monthly — 1 bottle. $34.99 today (30% off), then $39.99 every month (20% off $49.99).
- Every 3 months — 3 bottles. $89.98 today and $89.98 every 3 months (10% off $99.98).
- Every 6 months — 6 bottles. $134.97 today and $134.97 every 6 months (10% off $149.97).
Subscribe & Save is currently offered on Magnesium Glycinate only. Ashwagandha and Sleep Support are one-time purchases and carry no recurring charge. The exact first charge and renewal charge for whatever you are buying are shown on the buy box before you add to cart, and again on the checkout page before you pay.
The introductory discount on the monthly plan applies to your first order only. Every renewal after that is charged at the standing subscriber price shown above — lower than the one-time price, but higher than your first order.
Shipping on subscriptions
Every subscription order ships free, at any order value, on every delivery — including renewals.
When you are charged
Your first charge is taken at checkout. Each renewal is charged on the same date of the cycle — monthly, every 3 months, or every 6 months, depending on the plan you chose. Your renewal date is shown in your account and in your order confirmation email.
How to cancel, skip or pause
You can cancel at any time, and you never have to talk to anyone to do it. Any of these works:
- Log in to your account on tryhushwell.com and cancel from your subscriptions page.
- Click Manage subscription in any Hushwell order or renewal email and cancel there.
- Email joel@tryhushwell.com and a person will do it for you. We action cancellation requests within one business day.
The same three routes let you skip a single delivery, pause, change the delivery date, or switch pack size.
Cancelling stops all future charges. A cancellation takes effect immediately for any renewal that has not yet been charged. If a renewal has already been charged when you cancel, that order still ships — and it is still covered by the 60-night money-back guarantee below, so you are never stuck with it.
Renewal reminders
We email you the day before every renewal, with the amount, the date, and a direct link to skip or cancel. You will not be charged without warning.
That notice is short, so a skip or cancellation needs to be actioned before the renewal date. If a charge has already gone through by the time you get to it, the 60-night money-back guarantee below covers that order in full — email joel@tryhushwell.com and we refund it, and you keep the bottles.
Price changes
If we change the price of a subscription, we will email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then with no charge at the new price.
Refunds on subscription orders
Our 60-night money-back guarantee covers subscription orders exactly as it covers one-time orders: contact us within 60 days of receiving an order and we refund it in full, with no return required — you keep the bottles. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry it a small number of times over the following days and email you. If it still fails, the subscription is cancelled automatically and you are not charged.
